Business Grants for HR and L&D Managers
As HR and Training Managers we seem to be working with smaller and smaller budgets to get the job of recruiting and training staff done on a days to day basis.

I kept wondering just how the multinational corporations could afford the lavish and expensive presentations that they were doing.
How could I compete?
When I looked around I was surprised at how some smaller companies seemingly with less access to the money I had in my budget were doing so much more.
How could they be doing that and I couldnât?
Then I discovered a business grant offered by the Government that helped me reduce my expense budget, increase my "spend" and ultimately my performance outcome in recruiting and training.
Some companies I know have received over $50K per year in grants.
