Recruitment Fees are negotiated as follows:
- Permanents Placements are based on an engagement fee, advertising budget and success fee as a percentage of salary.
- Temporary placements based on an hourly rate billed and paid weekly to ALAD.
- Contract Placements based on an engagement fee, advertising budget and a % of the contract budget.
- Screening, Background Verification and Shortlisting is also available based on an hourly rate.
